Meet Rebecca Warden
Director of ICE

Rebecca spends her time helping international organisations to find the right words, by organising the supply of quality editing, writing and translating services. Her job involves talking to comms professionals to understand what their organisations need, building teams of top people, managing projects big and small and doing all it takes to run a small, successful business with strong ethical values.

She is also a working journalist. Having spent over 25 years writing about education, employment, public policy, governance, anti-corruption, more recently she has been focusing on science and the environment. Rebecca started out writing on Spanish universities for Times Higher and went on to be one of the founders of University World News. She now writes about the results of EU science for Cordis.

Rebecca speaks French, Spanish, Portuguese and Catalan and has so far failed at learning Arabic. When not working, Rebecca spends her time running, pottering in the back garden, learning to dance Lindy Hop and thinking about getting a Spanish Water Dog.
